After 20 years within the field of potable water asset management Paul Henderson is now working with the team at Newcastle based Ctrl Hub.
The Ctrl Hub team are currently working towards the June launch of the second version of their modular software platform that provides a fully integrated operational management system.
Ctrl Hub manages critical business data in the office and out in the field, and provides a secure modular solution to personnel, plant and project records.
Paul explains why he was attracted to Ctrl Hub:
“I met with the team from Ctrl Hub late in 2017, after building their reputation within the gas sector they were looking for support introducing the product to the water and construction sector.
“Best practice, business systems and shiny gadgets have always interested me. During my time involved in asset management I managed teams across various project sites, multiple office locations and involving sensitive asset data.
“Traditional paper systems are no longer a viable solution to these challenges but companies can find making the change difficult, I am really excited about supporting the Ctrl Hub team as they provide a full end to end solution helping businesses in the water sector on that journey.
“Once in place Ctrl Hub drives business improvement, increasing compliance with best practice, providing all stakeholders (both internal and external) with instant access to critical information and reducing business risk.”
Ctrl Hub Version 1.0 has a proven track record in the gas sector having been adopted by Northern Gas Networks, and subsequently rolled out across their entire R&M supply chain.
By working directly with businesses, the Ctrl Hub team can map out overall requirements, build specific modules, functionality, forms and processes all on top of the core system.
This ensures the solution fits the business need, providing a solution that adds complete digital agility to your business without compromise.
